Italian lentil flatbread

- 1 cup Red lentils dried
- 300 ml Water
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary
- 0.5 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Soak the red lentils in the water for about 2-3 hours.
Add the salt and the rosemary and blitz in a food processor until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. In batches, cook 1/8th of the batter in the frying pan. Cook for about 2 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.
