- 1 Slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef flank cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Arrowroot powder
- 0.5 tbsp Ginger fresh, grated
- 0.5 tbsp Garlic crushed
- 0.25 cup Tamari
- 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 6 Carrots sliced
- 1 Red capscium sliced
Instructions
- Put the meat in the slow cooker. Sprinkle on the arrow root powder and toss the meat in it. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
- Add the ginger, honey, garlic, soy sauce, coconut aminos and water to a jar. Screw on the lid and shake well until mixed. Pour over the meat. Add the carrots and capsicum
- Cook the meat on low for 4 hours.
- Serve with brown rice
