Yes, please send me your child's name and your email address and I will send you a service agreement. Also let me know if you would prefer to see a Nutritionist or a Dietitian.
Do you take Private Health insurance
Please check with your health fund, but generally both Dietetics and Nutrition are covered. We issue a receipt for your fund on the day of your appointment, by request. You cannot claim from your health fund before the appointment.
Do you take Medicare
Dietitians are covered under Medicare for 5 sessions, but you need to get a chronic disease healthcare management plan from your GP
